| The Shrine, a 25 ton
statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, sets atop an 18 foot pedestal of rocks
facing the Atlantic Ocean. It is built on 70 acres of land donated by Mr.
Crescenzo Vigliotta, Sr. for a shrine to honor Mary, Mother of God.
